John is a Spiritual Teacher and Writer with an MScD (Metaphysical Science Doctorate) and a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He has also studied Kria Yoga with the Self Realization Fellowship, is a certified Past Life Regressionist and an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, and more recently became certified as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Tibetan Usui tradition.

John's been teaching meditation, spiritual development and energy healing for over 30 years, and now focuses on showing people how to heal egoic distortions and pain body (suppressed emotional) issues, and live in Present Moment Awareness. He also teaches the correct application of the Power of Intention to create change within as well as creating new "external" realities.

For over the past fifteen years John has been a recluse Monk and has spent his time meditating, praying, and studying spirituality, psychology, metaphysics and various healing modalities as well as praying and working for the benefit of humanity.

Eventually his quest for enlightenment took him into the forests of the southwest U.S. and a Jeep and tent became home for five of those years. During that time John experienced several spiritual awakenings, which completely changed his life and led to his teaching others how to do the same.
